Tampere City General Grant application for 2027

General grants can be applied for by associations and communities operating in Tampere that have been active for at least one calendar year prior to applying for the grant and that are registered or can prove that they have submitted their registration application. Unregistered associations may be awarded general grant only in exceptional cases.

General grants may be issued for activities that are in accordance with the association's rules. Grants may be awarded either for all of the association's activities or only for part of them. The association must have its own fundraising necessary for carrying out its activities. The expenses of the activities must be verifiable from the association's accounts.

The amount of funding available for general grants will be decided in November when the Tampere City Council approves the City of Tampere's 2027 budget.

General grants are awarded on the basis of an overall assessment. Find out more about the general principles of grants on www.tampere.fi/en/generalprinciplesgrants

SELF-FUNDED BOOKING DAYS

The City of Tampere has a number of self-funded booking days available for the Tullikamari Pakkahuone, which it may allocate to its partners. In such cases, the cost of using the venue is slightly lower than the standard Tullikamari price list.

The prices and durations of self-funded days and related additional services have not yet been finalised for 2027.

To apply for quota days, you can indicate your potential need for the use of Pakkahuone (number of days and dates) in your grant application. Quota days may be allocated to event organisers who have expressed a wish for them in their grant application, subject to a needs assessment; criteria used include, for example, the scale of the festival.

Please note that indicating a preference for a quota day on the form does not guarantee that the day will be available at Pakkahuone. Before applying for a self-funded day, the event organiser must first make a booking with Tullikamari themselves and ensure that the venue is available on the day or days in question.

We reserve the right to make changes regarding self-funded days.
"Tämä toive ei vielä sido hakijaa mihinkään. Kaikille omakustannepäiviä hakeneille tapahtumajärjestäjille ilmoitetaan tarkempi hinnasto, kun lautakunta on hyväksynyt sen kokouksessaan syksyllä 2026."
"Please enter the exact dates here. Please note that specifying dates here does not guarantee their availability."
