Booking form for viewing building permit documents

Use this form to order old documents and drawings related to building permits from the Tampere City Archives. The City Archives will be in touch to arrange a time for the research when the requested materials have been retrieved from the archive.

By submitting your contact information, you agree that they will be stored in the city's systems and that they will be used in the manner described in the privacy policy.

Some of the materials are in digital form and some are on paper. In addition to the city archives, digital materials can be viewed at the Frenckell service point. Paper materials can only be viewed at the city archives at Saavutustenkatu 1.

The City Archives will contact You when Your request has been processed. Contact will be made either by email or an encrypted telephone number.

We will provide the material for viewing as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after receiving the document request. Extensive or difficult requests will be resolved within a month.

The contact information of the City Archives' customers is stored in the archive's customer register and is used as described in the privacy policy. The privacy policy and information on the rights of the data subject and data protection: www.tampere.fi/tietosuoja.
