Application for Tampere Summer Park Concerts 2026

Applications are welcome from different kinds music groups and choirs. We encourage applications from people of all ages, genders, and those belonging to linguistic, cultural, or other minority groups.

In the selection process, we aim to represent a wide range of musical genres. Performers from Pirkanmaa region will be given priority in the selection process. Preferences for performance venues and any restrictions on suitable performance times for each performer will also affect the selection.

Applications to perform at Tampere Summer Park Concerts must be submitted using this form by Wednesday March, 4 2026 at 4 p.m. Other applications (e.g., those sent by email) will not be considered.

Once you have submitted the form, a summary will be sent by email to the address provided in the “Contact Information/Performance offer will be sent to this person” field.

If, for some reason, you do not receive the summary in your email after submission, please check the receipt of the application by emailing puistokonsertit@tampere.fi or calling +358 50 523 2134.

 Performance Preferences

We try to fulfill performance requests as well as possible. In some venues, concerts are held at certain times. We may also offer performance time at venues not mentioned here, as not all venues had been confirmed by the time the search began.
We are also interested in performing at the following venues:
At Laikunlava stage and Lielahti Manor Park, performances can last a maximum of 45 minutes.
At other performance venues, performances can last a maximum of 60 minutes.

 Technical Requirements

We provide PA system and sound technician services for Laikunlava stage Band and Orchestra Nights (not for choir nights) and Lielahti Manor Park concerts. All other performance venues have the option to use electricity.

 Contract and Billing Information

A fee of 150 euros will be paid for the agreed and completed performance. A contract will be drawn up for the performance, and the performer will receive separate billing instructions or other payment information within the contract.

The City of Tampere requires that the invoicers take care of taxes and pension insurance contributions. If the performer does not pay the pension insurance contribution themselves, the city will pay it on behalf of the performer. Taxes and pension insurance contributions will be deducted from the fee. Payment of the fee also requires reporting on the concert according to separate instructions.
