Todistuspyyntö Tampereen seudun työväenopistoon

Tällä lomakkeella voit pyytää todistuksen Tampereen seudun työväenopistossa suoritetusta kursseista.

Samaan todistukseen voidaan kirjata useamman kurssin tiedot. Jos haluat erilliset todistukset kursseista, täytä jokaisesta kurssista oma lomake. Yhden todistuksen hinta on 10 euroa. 


Todistuksessa näkyy kurssin nimi, suoritusaika, tuntimäärä ja se, kuinka monelle opetustunnille opiskelija on osallistunut.

Voit maksaa kurssitodistuksen joko sähköisellä maksulinkillä tai paperilaskulla, jossa on laskutuslisä 5 euroa.

Certificate Request Form – The Adult Education Centre of the Tampere Region

Information about multiple courses can be included in a single certificate. If you wish to receive separate certificates for multiple courses, please fill out a separate form for each course. The price for one certificate is 10 euros.

The certificate includes the course name, completion period, number of hours, and the number of lessons the student has attended.

You can pay for the certificate either via an electronic payment link or by paper invoice, which includes an additional billing fee of 5 euros.

Note! The certificate request is binding.
