The registration for Puistofiesta - Activities at Hämeenpuisto boulevard 2025 has begun!
Puistofiesta, an urban event for the whole family, will take place on Sunday 3 August 2025 from 11am to 4pm in Hämeenpuisto Boulevard. At the event, different companies, organizations, and associations will open their stands offering activities, games and possibilities for trying out different hobbies. Register your own stand to the event by Sunday 31 May.
Organizing a stand is easy and free of charge. Each operator will be allocated a space in the park where they can build their own stand. The City of Tampere will handle the advertising and marketing of the event, but you can also promote the event on your own social media channels. The common hashtag for the event is #Puistofiesta.
Puistofiesta is an event where citizens can try out new things and hobbies. For example, you could offer the possibility to try out different sports or hobbies at your stand, or even a quiz showcasing the activities of your company or association. Whatever activity you choose to offer, the stand must not be a point of sale.
Please register your company, organization, or association by Sunday 31 May by filling out the form below. Please note that the City of Tampere reserves the right to select the operators.
All activity stands must be placed on a gravel pathway in Hämeenpuisto boulevard. Use of the grass areas of the park is possible only in exceptional cases and in certain parts of the park. If your activity stand requires a grass area it will determine your placement in the park.
All structures and tents must set up by 10am on the day of the event.
Set up must follow instructions from Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency TUKES regarding pop-up tents and the like.
Using lightweight and pop-up tents at events
Before the start of the event, stands will be inspected and the rescue services or the event organizer can remove a stand which has not been safely set up.
There are only limited amount of stands that have access to electricity. The need for electricity affects your stand placement in the park.
To get the access to electricity, every stand operators must bring own extension cords suitable for outdoor use.
