The Chorus Review takes place 12-15 June.

PROGRAMME FOR THE CHORUS REVIEW

The programme for the Chorus Review must be announced in order of performance, which cannot be changed.
The max. length of the programme is 15 minutes, including entry and exit, giving out the starting notes and any movement between the pieces.

NOTE: You do not have to include 6 songs in the programme although there is space for that many in this form: there is no minimum or maximum number of songs in the performance, only the time limit.

INFORMATION FOR THE TIMETABLE OF THE CHORUS REVIEW

There are performance time slots on Thursday, 12 June; Friday, 13 June and Saturday, 14 June in the Chorus Review. Below you can indicate the choir's preference for the day of the performance.
If necessary, the festival will allocate performance times in the order in which choirs have submitted their entries.

The Chorus Review Gala takes place on Sunday, 15 June at 2 pm.

STAMP ASSESMENT

At the concluding concert, the jury will distribute a total of EUR 10,000 in awards. The jury may also, at its discretion, award a Grand Prix to a particularly distinguished choir.

All choirs will be sent a diploma with one to three bronze, silver or gold stamps as awarded by the jury, together with written feedback from the jury, by mail after the festival.

If the choir so wishes, it can choose to opt out of the stamp assessment. In this case, the choir will receive a participation certificate and written feedback. Tick the box below if you choose this option.

ENCLOSURES OF THE ENTRY FORM

The following enclosures must be attached to the online entry form.
1. A brief desciption or a CV of the choir
2. A photograph of the choir (resolution min. 300 dpi, image width min. 2000 px)
3. Proof of payment for the participation fee.
The size of one file is max. 5 MB.

ENCLOSURES SUBMITTED BY MAIL

The following enclosures must be submitted by regular mail:
1. Scores of the pieces in the choir's programme (5 pieces/song); original scores or authorised copies.
2. A brief English summary of the content of any song whose lyrics are not in English (5 pieces/song).

The enclosures must be mailed no later than 31 March.
The enclosures must be mailed as ordinary letters, several letters as necessary. Please do not use registered mail! Letters that would have to be collected from the post office will not be collected.
