Tällä lomakkeella voit hakea maksuvapautusta koululaisten aamu- ja iltapäivätoiminnasta perittävään asiakasmaksuun. Asiakkaalla on oikeus maksuvapautukseen
- Lastensuojelun tukitoimena (hakemuksen liitteeksi kirjallinen lausunto)
- Lapsen erityishuolto-ohjelman perusteella (hakemuksen liitteeksi erityishuolto-ohjelma)
- Toimeentulotukilaskelman perusteella (hakemuksen liitteeksi toimeentulotukilaskelma)

Application for payment exemption of customer fee – school children´s morning and evening day activities
With this form, you can apply for a fee exemption for the customer fee charged for school children's morning and afternoon activities. The customer has the right to a payment exemption
- As a support measure for child protection (written statement to be attached to the application)
- On the basis of the child’s special care programme (special care programme to be attached to the application)
- On the basis of an income support calculation (income support statement to be attached to the application)
Maksuvapautus voidaan myöntää aikaisintaan sen kalenterikuukauden alusta, jolloin olemme vastaanottaneet hakemuksen.
Lomakkeen mukana on lähetettävä pyydetyt tositteet. Jos et pysty liittämään tositteita sähköiselle lomakkeelle, voit hakea maksuvapautusta tulostamalla paperilomakkeen aamu- ja iltapäivätoiminnan toimintamaksujen sivulta.

Payment exemption can be granted at the earliest from the beginning of the calendar month in which we have received the application.
The requested supporting documents must be sent with the form. If you are unable to attach receipts to the electronic form, you can apply for a fee exemption by printing a paper form from the morning and afternoon activity fees page.
