Submitting an animal welfare notification, Tampere region

Use this form to submit an animal welfare notification when the animal(s) in question is/are located in the Tampere, Akaa, Juupajoki, Kangasala, Orivesi, Pälkäne, Urjala or Valkeakoski area.

Contact the veterinary inspector of the area in question by telephone in case of an urgent animal welfare case. Contact details of the veterinary inspectors are listed on the website www.tampere.fi

Without the exact address and/or name of the person/party in question in the notification, an animal welfare inspection cannot be carried out.

We read notifications during office hours. Outside office hours, in case of animal welfare emergencies, call the emergency number (112).

The veterinary inspector will not inform the person/party in question in the notification of the identity of the person submitting the notification.
