Tällä lomakkeella huoltaja voi ilmoittaa varhaiskasvatuksen asiakasmaksuun vaikuttavat muutokset. Tulomuutokset ilmoitetaan ensisijaisesti eVakassa.

Kunnallisen varhaiskasvatuksen asiakasmaksu perustuu varhaiskasvatuksen asiakasmaksuista annettuun lakiin (Laki varhaiskasvatuksen asiakasmaksuista (1503/2016)). Asiakkaalla on velvollisuus ilmoittaa viivytyksettä muutoksista perheen tuloissa, perhekoossa tai palvelussa.

With this form, a guardian can notify changes that affect the early childhood education and care (ECEC) client fee. Changes in income should primarily be reported through eVaka.

The client fee for municipal early childhood education and care is based on the Act on Client Fees in Early Childhood Education and Care (1503/2016). Clients are required to notify the authorities without delay of any changes in family income, family size, or the service provided.

We recommend activating the Suomi.fi – viestit service.
